In an effort to minimize and help prevent the spread of Covid 19 our office

has put in preventative measures to ensure the safety and protection for all our patients, staff, and physicians. 

Do not come to the clinic unless you have a scheduled an appointment, this is to  ensure we are following social distancing guidelines and allows our staff to clean in between patients. 

Our After Hours Clinic, is for our rostered patients, and is by appointment only, please call our office to book a Same Day/After Hours appointment before 5pm.

FACE MASKS/COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED. 

Hand sanitizer is provided and will be given upon entering our office. 

The well-being and safety of our patients, families and our team are our top priorities and will remain at the heart of every decision we make. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, we have made numerous adjustments to the way the clinic operates following the guidelines and recommendations outlined by Public Health of Ontario and the World Health Organization.

Please remember, these changes are temporary and we will continue adjusting the way our clinic operates to meet the needs of our patients while keeping everyone safe. Please check back frequently for changes and updates.

 Appointments

The clinic will continue to follow and  operate based on Public Health Directives. 

 After hours Clinic

The after hours clinic will continue to operate during original hours. Please call during regular hours to book an after hours appointment.  

Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-8:00pm. (call same day to book)
Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm (call Friday's/Saturday to book)

 What about Immunocompromised patients?

If you are considered medically immunocompromised by your physician and need to be seen in person - arrangements will be made to keep you safe at the time of your appointment.

Health & Safety

We are putting forth every effort to ensure the health and safety of our staff, physicians, patients and their families by taking the following steps:
 

• COVID-19 screening of all patients. 
• Positive Screened patients will be scheduled as a phone appointment.
• Stringent and routine sanitizing protocols of all common areas
• Dedicated immune compromised patient processes
• Physical distancing measures in the waiting area and throughout all patient interactions
• Enforced mask policy
• Availability of masks and hand sanitizer through out our facility

We continue to screen ALL patients attending appointments. If you tested positive please call to rebook your appointment or change it to a Telephone Appointment.

If you fail to be truthful during our screening protocols, you will effectively be putting our staff, physicians, patients and all their families at risk. This may result in strict and serious consequences. We urge you to be truthful to our staff during screening.
