You must be a patient at our clinic in order to book an appointment. You must have had your intake appointment with your doctor already in order to be eligible for online booking.

Online appointment booking is only available for routine care, if you have an urgent need such as upper respiratory infection, bladder/kidney infection, minor ailments please call our office to request a same day or after hours appointment.  

Patient e-mail reminders are a courtesy, please ensure you update your personal calendar or phone with the appointment you have booked. 

As a reminder, we do charge a $40-80 fee for Missed or No Shows .

Please review the list of appointments you can and cannot book online. Failure to follow the bookings rules will result in a cancelled appointment, delaying care.

• Urgent care appointments are not available for online booking, please call the clinic directly.
• Allergy shots, childhood/adult immunizations,  or medical injections (except for Cortisone shots) are NOT available for online booking. Please call the clinic for booking. 
• All appointments booked online are IN PERSON at Kemptville Health & Wellness Centre.

Appointments you CAN book online:

• General In Person Appointment for follow up or new issue  (you MUST provide a reason, if a reason is not given your appointment will be cancelled)
• Mental Health/ADHD (Routine Follow Up only, NOT FOR CRISIS INTERVENTION)
• Routine PAP
• Forms
• Drivers Medical Exam
• Prescription Renewals 

Appointments you CANNOT book online***:

• Urgent care or After Hours
• Well Baby visits
• IUD insertions and removals
• Procedures such as biopsy's, liquid nitrogen, cyst/mole removals
• Telephone Appointments
• Allergy shots or Immunizations
• Diabetic Management (ie, checking A1C, discuss medications)
• Prenatal Visits

I don't want to give a reason for my appointment, what do I do?

If you book an appointment without a reason it WILL be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule online again.  Understanding why you need to see your physician allows us to ensure you are scheduled in correctly. 

I need to book an appointment that isn't available online. What do I do? 

Call us! We will be happy to assist you in booking your appointment .

I have not had my first visit with my doctor yet, can I book online?

Online appointment booking is only available to active patients of Kemptville Health & Wellness Centre.  You are not an active patient until you've had your intake visit with your physician.
