Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health offers services and programmes to people who are experiencing addiction or mental health issues.

Mental health services are provided for individuals who are 16 years and older and addictions services to persons of any age.

Children's Mental Health of Leeds and Grenville

Children’s Mental Health of Leeds and Grenville is dedicated to serving the mental health needs of children, youth and their families. No professional referral is required. Children 12 and over may self-refer. Our programs are free, accessible, and confidential.

BounceBack Ontario

BounceBack® is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.

Grief Support

Bereaved Families of Ontario (BFO)

Bereaved Families of Ontario is province wide organization dedicated to bereavement support through self-help and mutual aid. FO programs are facilitated by trained volunteers who are themselves bereaved. Over the years, BFO has grown to serve not only bereaved parents, but children experiencing the loss of a parent, sibling or caregiver people whose partners have died, and others in need of grief support.

My Grief

MyGrief.ca is an online resource to help people move through their grief from the comfort of their own home, at their own pace. It can help you understand your grief and approach some of the most difficult questions that may arise. It was developed by people who have experienced the death of someone important to them and grief specialists. It complements existing community resources and helps address barriers to grief services.

The Walk-in Counselling Clinic Ottawa
